Shipping policy

We have teamed-up with Courier Center Greece's reliable and fast-paced company, thus ensuring the smooth processing of our products to you. We have done our best in ensuring that our Premium Olive Oils will reach you in the fastest and safest way possible.

Greece

We offer a flat fee of 2€ delivery for Greece via ASC Courier & Courier Center.

Estimated delivery times are 1-2 Business Days for major cities and 2-4 for the rest of Greece.

Europe

We have a flat fee of 10€ for delivery to Europe via DHL Courier.All orders over 70€ will be eligible for free delivery. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 Business Days, depending on the specific location.

United Kingdom

At the moment, we cannot process orders to the UK until the EU–UK Trade Agreements are finalized. Most likely we will be able to ship to the UK after the forthcoming agreement commences on the 01/07/2021.

Internationally

We are expanding our trade through suitable 3pl logistics and partners that will enable the cheapest means of posting worldwide. For current estimates to the rest of the world, please contact us by sending us an email at sales@akramoreaolive.com or through the AKRA MOREA© contact form. 

Same-Day Dispatch 

Orders that are placed before 2 p.m. (local time in Greece) will be dispatched on the same day with DHL Courier for Europe and ACS for Greece, Monday - Friday.

Delivery times may vary due to Covid-19 control policies that are slowing down all posting services, but this is out of our control.

Packaging

We have invested in manufacturing a custom-made delivery box in order to safely deliver our products without any damage to you. The box itself has been designed with rigorous consideration and has undergone drop tests in order to establish its absolute purpose-build precision. 

VAT

The VAT for Olive Oil in Greece is currently at 13%. The VAT for transportation services stands at 24%. All VAT charges are conclusively included across our given prices.
