Refund policy

Change of Mind/Wrong Order

Due to the fact that you are buying olive oil (Food) we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind or if you purchased the wrong product. 

If you have chosen by mistake the wrong product when checking out on our website, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to contact our logistics partner in Greece to change the product. But if the product has been shipped out then we cannot do much more about it.

Time Frame

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7-Days from delivery to contact us with the issue. 

Damages and issues

We have put a great effort in producing a superb quality product for consumption. If your package arrives from the courier damaged (the bottle and not the external box) or there are signs of cracks or leaks (bottle) DO NOT OPEN IT and under now circumstances eat it.

Please contact us straight away via the contact form and forward please 2 photos of the bottle were it is cracked or leaking and one of the delivery box the damaged side. Please do not worry as we will take care of this issue straight away with sending the same product as ordered with no additional cost. We aim to provide you and your family for many years to come a premium quality Olive Oil and to build your trust towards as as as reliable supplier.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds so please be sure before placing an order with us.

Exceptions Refunds/Products 

If for some reason the courier loses the package and you do not receive it please contact us at sales@akramoreaolive.com after the estimated delivery time and we will investigated straight away and once confirm we will either issue you a refund or send out another product straight away.
